No-one can say it like Dr King, but we can all reach beyond the known and hold a dream in our heart.
I have a dream that all women will wake up feeling deeply happy in their hearts, each child will feel safe and seen, and each man will feel in total integrity. That is what I see as possible, that is what I feed.

Bear medicine, 12/29/08
She stood there, the big black bear, just calmly looking at me. The frost smoke surrounding her dark silouette so that I could see that she was breathing deeply. It was snowing that night, and it was christmas, the same night as the earthquake.
It happened a few days back, but I am stil so deeply moved by her visit. And ofcourse I contacted Sariah as I do everytime an animal shows up like this; like a mirror.
"hmmm, bear for you sister, she said. INTROSPECTION and retreat time...to gain wisdom and clarity....resides in the WEST......very much the women's wisdom medicine....and the mother bear protecting her creations....time to go inward sister as this year winds down to receive the revelations for 2009....up for some time together at all in the next few days?"
I am always up for a walk with Sariah, so today we walked and the sun was so warm. It felt like spring.

One of the motivations I have for dragging my suitcases around the world meeting with women (besides that it is the most amazing work I could ever dream of) is that the moment a woman opens her heart and steps into the greatness of the divine shining through her, in that moment we are all eye to eye with the infinite.
My friend Eva Maria Zurhorts and I are dialoging about what is the new women'smovement and the first that comes to me when I contemplate this is just that, the moment when the undescribable happens...

Fully Embodied- Fully Awake, 12/20/08
To the extent that we are disembodied, resisting the on going flow of experiences felt through the body, the more rigidly we feel ourselves as a separet entity. Fully embodied we feel each experience as it comes and in that intimate communion we are deepening our realization of being swirled in an ongoing dance in which the dancer and the dance are one.

Aligned with the glorious feminine timing of things, we are today launching our new blog, at the very last day our office will be open this year (and what a thrilling year it has been..).
Candles are burning, fireplace is burning and Rumi sings from that eternal place inside:I am burning. If anyone lacks tinder, let him set his rubbish ablaze with my fire.
Ah letting go, it is time for endings. And always new beginnings.
Ok, back to our ending of the year completion work...
